Song Export Code Not Working

Recently picking up L:RB i've seen the code that comes with the game so you can transfer the songs from L:RB onto RB2 etc.

But when i type it in, it says "This code was not found".

Am i doing something wrong or is this a common error?

you arent following the directions:

the code from the paper needs to be typed on the website

Fixed it. Turns out i had to use Firefox to input the code. weird....
