Ok so I have just recently started playing online as some of you may have read my recent posts as of late, anyways today I encountered a problem when I wanted to switch what instrument I wanted to play. I started out playing guitar and then after a while the group said we should mix things up so I switched to singer. when I did my Mic became player 2. So I thought ok just remove my guitar and then turn on the controller for the microphone and that should fix the problem. It didn't My controller was still number 2 when it came back on and at the bottom of the screen had the flashing notice of "please reconnect the controller" so my question is how do I switch instruments without having to leave my group and turn off my console and turn it back on again just so that my controller will become "player 1".
Basically the problem is that when I turn on my other instrument to replace the other it takes over the second player spot and wants me to be a "guest". How do I fix this problem?
