Whats happening with wii music store

just what is happening with the online music store on RB2?some songs you cant download ea says its harmonix that deals with the online aspect of the game,why is it happening with RB2 and BEATLES RB is working fine?please someone help us as there are 100s of us want to know what is going on and what can we do!!!

some songs you can download and theres some with message saying unable to purchase contact ea support,
