What songs do you want in RB but you know will never maintain the games T rating?
For me it would be a tie between Kickapoo and Bounce (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y_qgCVVZ_2w)

Crazy *****, by Buck Cherry. It'd be fun to play and sing along to, but really.. it would never ever be in this game. Not un-butchered at least.

Most of the really fun Gwar songs.
The band Anal C*nt will never make it into Rock Band.

Mostly Tool and a perfect circle songs but they'd be edited all to hell and no human being can match the awesomeness of Maynard's voice.

The band Anal C*nt will never make it into Rock Band.Aside from the name, very few of their songs break the thirty seconds in duration mark. Fun with Grindcore? It would take longer to load the song than to play it. :)
This game is in dire need of some death metal. Guitars, drums and vocals would be a real chore, particularly with Cannibal Corpse's '****ed With A Knife'.
Also, my impossible dream is I Am The Black Wizards by Emperor.

Most of the really fun Gwar songs.
I could think up at least three GWAR songs that could be used in Rock Band, which would make up a DLC pack:
- Sick of You
- The Road Behind
- Jack the World
Now for three GWAR songs that would NEVER make it in...
- I'm in Love (with a Dead Dog)
- Have You Seen Me?
- B.D.F.
For another song that will never make it in the game, see my sig block. ;)

Violent Pornography - System of a Down
Oh, and the entirety of 'Tommy' by The Who.

Some of the songs mentioned here have "Radio Edit" versions.
I know some of them suck from a lyrics perspective, however sometimes its about the music not the words.
Down with the sickness and Violence Fetish are both great songs that are wicked to play on the drums and guitar...

I think the reason this game has no Death Metal is that the vocals have no pitch. Just growl every word and you will get a perfect score.

You missed the completely obvious Gwar choices like "F*cking an Animal" and "Fish F*ck" (both of which itunes loves to pick out of a random set). Most of the Gwar songs don't actually violate any teen ratings. But really if they are going to ever put out Gwar songs it has to come with a blood spraying peripheral.

Most tool songs are entirely clean and those that are not have clean versions available.
...no human being can match the awesomeness of Maynard's voice.
That's true...
If you exclude:
Wil Martin - Earshot
Pete Loeffler - Chevelle

M-rated DLC can be released, y'know.
I'm not positive the ESRB "online experience" disclaimer would cover DLC, but a disclaimer at download would probably do the trick from a legal standpoint.
As for lyrical restriction, sadly the first song that comes to mind is Tatooine by Honest Bob and you know the rest. I was more thinking songs that lack an instrument or something, so they'd be really fun but not suitable for the Rock Band formula. Something like Radiohead's Idioteque. It'd be insane on drums, but it's really got no guitar or bass parts of real note. Or anything from The White Stripes; they've got no bassist but some excellent tracks otherwise.

I would love to see some Tool on a setlist. Very rhythm heavy. I think any of their songs would be a challenge for a bassist or drummer.

The Offspring - Self-Esteem. I think there is some good bass in there and the vocals are fun to sing.

If only ratatat had lyrics it could be in the running for the greatest DLC ever to be released. :(
(I guess Wildcat has the cat sounds that the singer could do?)

Obituary (anything off the Cause of Death album)
Death (now this band would be interesting on guitar as most songs dont repeat many of the riffs)
Anthrax - Milk
