I don't play the drums too often and noticed today that on the red drum pad there's a bubble about the size of a quarter on the pad. I tried pushing it to the side to fix it, but when it got to the plastic rim it couldn't go any farther. Anyone know any way to fix this without cutting the pad? :(

The rubber on top of the head is held down by a plastic ring that's screwed to the head. Unfortunatly, there's no way to get to those screws without removing the head from the drum frame. So the safest bet is to just RMA it. If you're feeling balsy you can genetly pop the head off, unscrew the retaining ring, flatten the rubber, and put it all back together.
My bigger concern would be a question of why it bubbled. If you push down on the head around where the bubble was originally, does it feel like there's a crack in the head? you'll know it because it will feel like the plastic is flexing/giving instead of pushing the whole head down. If it's cracked, you will need to RMA it either way.
