Express delivery

well my guitar for my PS3 broke. no problem with it breaking, **** happens. but now im kind of pissed because i choose express delivery and i recieved an EMPTY Wired Xbox 360 guitar box. i thought by choosing express they would send me the new one first and once i recieved the new one i would return the old one (hence the 200 dollars i had to put aside for them). and if i am supposed to send the old one first then what about the box being the completly wrong system? like if i send it back to them are they gonna send me a XBOX guitar instead of the PS3 one i need?

This return process is not complicated people. EA is over their heads in return requests... hence all the screw ups with incorrect version shipped for express replacement, or empty box, etc...

Take your REF# and call EA directly and get a rep on the phone and rip them a new hole!

If you requested the $125 express RMA then you should have got a box with the part you need replaced! Dont put up with their BS because they dont have this mess under control.

If they would have tested the controller hardware properly in the first place they would have approx 100 000 angry rockband fans with busted controllers!
