-Started with the "downstrum" issue, requested a replacement. But have next to no faith in said replacement. Given the reports people have posted here about their replacements breaking too. I don't even strum, I tap the damn thing with my thumb.
-Had almost finished Med on Vocals nailing 5 stars on it all. Put game aside for two days. Pick it up and now no matter what sound I make the arrow bounces up and down wildly on the screen. Regardless of the input level I set it to. This is with HDMI & RCA. I even used a tone generator, and it'll sit on the note like when I sing but still wobbles just as wildly. It was even funnier when I synced a song from my other sound system and got them going at the same time. As apparently even the original singer isn't scoring "Amazings".
-I try using the ea support page to get an RMA on the mic, directs me to a phone number rather than a replacement page as it did with the guitar.
-Click tech forum from the support page, responds as a dead link taking me back to the main RB page instead.
-Call the number, go through the auto-service, get hung up on repeatedly.
-And I can't use GH3 guitar because Activision/EA/Sony are all acting like 5 year olds. (PS3)
-And I can't use my other mics because err they're real mics not USB toys.
So yea, is there any way I can get my money back on this? I didn't pay through the nose for plastic trash that was going to break within 1 week. Forgive my anger but at this point I feel it's rather justified.

Akurei
