Okay, I know and you know these Led Zeppelin songs.... you have to....They're on their "Early Days" & "Later Days" CDs:

1. Good Times Bad Times
2. Babe, I'm Gonna Leave
3. Dazed And Confused
4. Communication Breakdown
5. Whole Lotta Love
6. What is and What Should Never Be
7. Immigrant Song
8. Since I've Been Loving You
9. Black Dog
10. Rock N Roll
11. Battle Of Evermore
12. When The Levee Breaks
13. Stairway To Heaven
1. The Song Remains The Same
2. No Quarter
3. Houses Of The Holy
4. Trampled Underfoot
5. Kashmir
6. Ten Years Gone
7. Achilles Last Stand
8. Nobody's Fault But Mine
9. All My Love
10. In The Evening

But even those discs, which could and --should-- have held a lot more (but someone's idea prevailed, and we got useless video bonuses instead of --- more songs!)

Amazing for their omission here are:

RAMBLE ON
HEARTBREAKER
THAT'S THE WAY
MISTY MOUNTIAN HOP
GOING TO CALIFORNIA
THE RAIN SONG
OVER THE HILLS AND FAR AWAY
THE OCEAN

But that aside.... here is my list after many years of listening, of the Led Zeppelin tracks that really ROCK, but that may not be on your corporate Classic Rock station's playlist:

HOW MANY MORE TIMES

THANK YOU

BRING IT ON HOME

FRIENDS

TANGERINE

BRON-Y-AUR-STOMP

FOUR STICKS

THE ROVER

DOWN BY THE SEASIDE

NIGHT FLIGHT

FOR YOUR LIFE

CANDY STORE ROCK

HOTS ON FOR NOWHERE

HOT DOG

I'M GONNA CRAWL

WE'RE GONNA GROOVE

WALTER'S WALK

WEARING AND TEARING

And my favorite from TSRTS:

THE SONG REMAINS THE SAME

--------------------------------
LZ I ,IV and HOTH each got 4 tracks -- Here's what I would have added and deleted. I haven't worked out any of the times yet -- does anyone know if Pagey is going to take up tracks space with some more unneeded bonus videos on the "CD" set ? ?

I would delete CB.

I would add Bring It On Home or Thank You.

I would delete Immigrant Song and add That's The Way.

I would delete When The Levee Breaks, and add Misty Mountain Hop and Four Sticks or Going to
Califorina.

I would delete TSRTS, Over the Hills and Far Away, and, D'Yer Maker, and, I would add The Rain
Song and The Ocean.

I would delete HOTH, and add The Rover and Down By The Seaside.

I would delete Achilles Last Stand, and in it's place makeing room for some songs (above), and
add For Your Life, Candy Store Rock, or Hots on For Nowhere.

I would delete All MY Love and add Hot Dog or I'm Gonna Crawl.

I would find a way to include We're Gonna Groove also.

The title of the new relases as it stands should more aptly be:

The Mothership of Led Zeppelin -- Corporate Classic Rock Style

-------------------------------------------

The remastered DVD and CD's for the movie TSRTS due out Nov. 20th, should be interesting, with the added tracks!! :D

I agree... so many good Led Zeppelin tunes, so little space on CD's/DVD's...

Do you have: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00008PX8P/km-20/ref=nosim ?
It's amazing. Incredible. Page's solo in Nobody's Fault But Mine is jaw-dropping awesome.

That's it isn't it ! ! Page in Concert with Led Zeppelin produced some of the most amazing live performances ever ! ! ! !

Look, when Page & Co. were all "On", then you would be witnessing some of the finest moments in Rock'n'Roll History !!!!!!!!! :)

^--agree on your songs selection, I'd also like to see Black Dog, Whole Lotta Love, Misty Mountain Hop, and I'd cream my pants if they put Moby Dick in.
