I have had drums sticks break ,Guitar strum bar break and foot pedal break. I have a $125 hold on my credit card for over a week. Has my replacement pedal shipped, NO. I tried to call EA about my guitar tonight only to get hung up on three times. I tried using the website to request a replacement only to find the website is not secure where it wants me to put in my credit card number, NOT. This is a total joke. All of this hardware is defective junk. Yet we have to have $125.00 hold on our card for each defective piece of junk. Now i know some of you are going to defend EA but this is unacceptable. They knew this hardware was defective and they pushed it out the door so they could make more money having it released before christmas. I can not get through to EA because thousands of poor children have just opened their Rock Band and shortly afterward found out their hardware is defective. The people at EA support are not from this country and barely speak english. This is a billion dollar company that is sticking it to us. Harmonix and EA need to rectify this situation because the customer support is a total joke. The game is great but it does no good when no one can enjoy what they paid for.

Get used to it...this is how tech support/customer service on electronics is nowadays. And I'd imagine it even worse during the christmas season.

Unless you have a solution to companies outsourcing to India, there's really nothing you can do about it.
