replacement for canada

Hi folks,

Maybe this question has been asked several times, but i dont see any good answer out there. I only want to know the EXACT date when i'll be able to use the website to get a replacement guitar in Canada (Quebec). Can a HMX representative answer this question and make it sticky ? All the canadians will be so happy if you do.

Violet hasnt updated the Sticky but YES canadian can finally RMA their CRAP!

Dont be in a hurry though. I spoke with the EA Rep this morning and he seemed to not feel very comfortable about what he was supposed to be saying/doing for us Canadians. I kept asking him "I submitted an Express RMA on the 24th, when can I expect my new equipment to arrive?". He kept replying with some BS like UPS doesnt process shipments on the 25th or 26th so It may get processed today, and also their may be a slight delay because they just opened up the process to Canada and they are still having to ship to US.

I just want a ****ing working drumkit and guitar EA/HMX is that something I should really have to wait for over a month for you bastards!!!!!
