Can't tell if there is something wrong with the guitar

plays fine most of the time, but the strumming is wierd.
i can't really describe it.

i wish they were more like GHIII's.

Does rock band have GHIII guitar support or no

Guitar hero 3's guitars suck. sorry to say that but half the time it doesn't even pick me up when im strumming or hitting the notes and i've been playin GH sense GH1 haha. so yea i play on expert im taking that so called GH3 back its defective and im getting Rock Band.

i love GH guitars tho.
they pick up every single note i hit.
i play on hard/expert.

I had a hard time telling at first too. Paranoid,I'm So Sick and Blood Doll would be good tests for consistancy. Watch the on screen buttons when you miss to see if they animate or make the miss noise. If not then it's just not responding. Also my overdrive started setting itself off or taking multiple attempts to activate manually.

Depends, if you own the 360 version of the game, any previous guitar released on the 360 will work (i.e GHIII and II). If you have the PS3 version, you are out of luck.
