I don't know if someone already opened a topic about this (I tried to find one but there are too many to check them).
Well. I was normally playing rock band with the drum when I heard a strange sound, a crack. I looked at the drum pedal an it got a crack. I fear that the drum pedal may break if I continue playing the game. I contacted the EA tech support page to ask if this was covered by the waranty, but they weren't much helpful. First, they told me to go to the Rock Band Support Page and that they would replace my pedal. This doesn't helped me since the support page doesn't have an option for the issue I had (and reporting an issue that my pedal doesn't have may get me in trouble, since I want the express repleacement). I contacted EA support again and they told me to check the Rock Band forum. So here I was writing post.
I was wondering if anyone knows how to get a replacement. What should I do?
