Hi,

i am pretty sure someone else already wrote about this issue. But why did you decide not to release the RB2 Drums in Germany or Europe. We have to play with the bad RB1 drums and/or get expensive ION etc. I think it's a shame since they are atleast a little better and we have to import them.

Greetings

Not only Drums, RB2 Stratocaster hasn't been released yet, I had to import mine too, from Amazon USA for a huge bunch of $$$ (€€€).

What I think, they're trying get rid of the stock of RB1 gear, which people do not buy, because RB1 controllers were pretty much expensive here in Europe (i can't remember if it was a matter of taxes or what, but created much controversy before the european release of Rock Band), plus they were not the "best quality" controllers, and now are almost obslete. Added to the fact that Guitar Hero is way preferred over Rock Band, (probably due to brand image, but anyway I cannot understand it), and most of people already got Guitar Hero controllers (I myself own up to 6 GH guitars, all fully functional). And finally got tired of waiting for the european release of RB2 instruments.

I think i've seen a german seller at ebay who had several packs of RB2 drums for sale, although they were not cheap. The other option could be acquiring a Beatles Rock Band set, or doing as me and importing it from Amazon.com. The shipping and taxes of my guitar amounted to 38€ aprox.
