Vocalist needed for Expert ESL marathon

We have two guitar players. We practiced a bit and seem to be able to tame Vision [sometimes :)] which is a good sign :D. Any singer interested?

If you didn't find a vocalist and you could do it Thursday afternoon or Friday, I'll consider it. I can at least give you a gold star performance on most songs (except Rob the Prez-O-Dent and Tangled Up in Blue). I have FCed about half the DLC (I don't really get the time to try to get an FGFC), including Psycho Killer, Painkiller, and Battery.

Are you sure? If you are a medium drummer then probably expert will be too tough for you. Anyway, since I am not a perfect player either I am willing to give it a try. I can play a couple of impossible songs with you on expert and see if you are able to survive or not. Fair?

[And yes, I noticed that you said "consider", so don't feel obliged or committed :)] I would have to leave earlier from work on Th or Fr then. Hopefully, my boss is not lurking in this forum in his spare time :D. Do you have a platinum icon?

P.S. I had no idea Tangled Up in Blue was difficult for vocals. It's quite tame for guitars.

Also, I've been playing real drums for 2 years - that was actually the reason I got this game. I planned to play drums and just didn't expect that guitar would do it for me and not drums. Drums in RB2 somehow are just too confusing... in terms of... I am never sure what are toms and what is snare [I admit, I never really tried it hard enough]; and are we switching between hi-hats and rides or what are we doing? and that confused me a lot. I can easily do limb independence, whether on RB2 or actual drums --- it helps on hard and expert --- but still RB2 just feels wrong. What is your experience?

my experience is 2 years of playing in an ensemble and about a year of playing a full drumset =P.

Heh, I don't have a platinum icon quite yet, but I could also do bass or guitar, I guess (I will struggle with Panic Attack and Visions, though, if you want me there instead). If you do prefer though, I can still do it Saturday or Sunday. Will we have a full expert band?

It would be great if you can join us and then yes we will have a full expert band. DeityX will do the drums, Surefire will do the guitar and I will do the bass. So if you do the vocal then it makes the band complete.

Here is my take on that. First, don't even bother worrying about it. Second, it's actually good that you didn't do your best yesterday and we still survived! I did ESL twice and I know that we'll be SO out of shape by the time we'll reach these songs... yet we manage to survive apparently.

Also, DeityX, if you FC Painkiller after 6.5 hrs of playing I' tell everyone that you are a robot! I mean people need to know your true identity :D

PS On a side note: after 2 hours of practice I am consistently surviving Panik Attack! Yeah!

If you try to play So Whatcha' Want, for example, you just make some sound and it picks up, says is awesome every bar, and you get 100% no problem, right? Remember I chose One Way or Another today? I just felt like trying it out. There's one talkies part which seems to refuse to pick up your sound. That's why it's "broken." I think it only happens once, cause every other time I screwed up was me being an idiot.

About doing the swap the most immediate would be for me to play guitar... it will be quite challenging given that I fail to survive few impossible songs.
