How do I get a Guitar Replaced?

My guitar is faulty with the whammy bar and won't work correctly. How do I replace it? Do I need a credit card or money?

You can order a replacement by going to http://support.ea.com/rockband and filling out the proper form. You can get the replacement in one of two ways. One way is to get them to send you a box, you then ship you guitar to them, when they recieve it they ship a new one back. Or the other way is to give them a credit card number, they'll put a temporary hold on the card for $125 and ship you a new guitar, you then will need to ship your old guitar back in the same box, when they recieve it they'll release the money.

Which is all very silly, if they released gaming hardware that was fit to be firewood, we wouldn't have to worry about RMAing the guitars.

I've had my rockband less than 12 hours, the guitar made it 3-4 songs before downstrum is completely not recognized.
