I usually trust IGN's opinions, but that has me scratching my head. I guess the free Halo theme is much better than the entire DLC catalog of Rock Band. And The Shivering Isles.

I would like to see someone from IGN defend their selection.

Probably because the free DLC is ten times better than the DLC you have to pay for.
