well my guitar doesnt strum down correctly.i wanna send it back and get a new one but it was bought for me from amazon.com.can i still return it?

There should have been a pink piece of paper included in the box with a link to EA's replacement page. Incase you don't have that page, the url listed is http://support.ea.com/rockband. All of the peripherals are covered by a 60-day limited warranty.
