How do I remove bands/musicians from my profile?

I deleted some bands from my Xbox using the manage data option in rock band, but they still show up in my linked profile.

I was the leader of a couple of bands and I wanted to delete them and change the instrument I was playing for each one, and I can't recreate with the same names.
What's the deal?

I even tried recreating them with the same musician as the leader they originally had, and that doesn't work either.

And why do deleted band members still show up on my online profile?

same prob for me with deleting and trying to remake bands with different leaders. :(

I can't even get my band, additional players or updated stats to show up. I think something is messed up with the linked information.

When you create a band in the game and are connected to Live or PSN it creates a space for that band online, on the leaderboard, and in your profile. Even if you delete that band or no longer use it, that space is still there with the band record and trying to create it again would mean you are trying to use a band name that is already taken.

If it would be helpful to be able to have certain editing functionality for the band be sure to provide that feedback in the proper sections so that the game teams know what you want in the game.
