Can't buy the Mayhem fest pack

I play RB1 for PS3, and I want to buy the Mayhem Fest '09 pack, but it won't let me. It says I've already purchased the songs when I haven't. How come it says this? It's been like this for about a month from what I know of, same with some other songs from the music store.

Are you using the PSN store or the in-game store to purchase the songs?

I have the same problem, it says I have already purchased the songs, but when I Download Again it come up with an error message, this happens with the Roadrunner Records pack too.

i have the same problem. i believe it must be something about being from europe (i'm from italy too).

some dlc like mayhem , if I go directly to the playstation store are not even there.
if I go through the store in the game, they are in the list but listed as already bought (but cannot be downloaded).
