I bought rock band 2 drums about 2 months ago and they have worked fine. Now, the red pad is starting to get all puffy and worn out. How can i fix it?

First, if you're still in warranty, do an RMA with EA

If not, here's a couple of threads that talk about fixing the bubble. I've not tried either, myself, but there are success stories.

They basically either suggest cutting out excess pad material and gluing it back down (not sure if I'd try this myself) or taking the pad off, removing the existing glue and applying a higher quality spray glue.
