Rockband 1 PS3 Music Store?

i bought rockband in the US before it came out here in Aus

i go into the music store and it tells me that every song in store has been purchased, even new release songs. i go to redownload songs and it tells me they should be in my download list or something

Is there a way i can resolve this issue

You need to make a US PSN account (on a seperate PS3 user), just give up US as your country when you sign up for the PSN.

Then log in to that PSN account when you want to go to the Music Store, you'll be able to buy tracks there.
Your AUS credit card probably won't work though, it's easiest to buy US PSN Cards on the net and buying DLC that way.

But it's a good thing the Music Store was blocked with your AUS PSN Account, any DLC you would've bought (or might buy) from the AUS PSN Store (which is the EU PSN Store) won't work with your US copy, it'd be wasted money.
