Especially not since you're on the forums bragging about it. If there's one way to make them fix mistakes like this, it's to announce it to the world. Good job. :mad:

Man if you think you can get away with it don't go telling everyone about it, then again if your consciens can live with the fact that it's not right doing so... i would sit a moment and question myself.

Actually, I recall someone else coming on here a couple weeks ago with the exact same situation. I forget what thread it was in, but they said they requested a replacement, and instead of the empty box, they got the guitar, so they held onto it.

Sure enough, they were contacted to send it back or get charged $120. The $120 is the amount of the "safety deposit" they hold when you use a credit card. And if you don't use a credit card, they'll bill you.
