EA received my guitar on Dec 17th. My ticket was "updated" and CLOSED on the 19th. Then "updated" again on the 26th. Still...I have received no guitar and my ticket still doesn't have anything listed other than the original tracking number for the empty box they sent me which they've already received 10 days ago.
How freaking hard is it to actually put an updated note in the ticket. Seems like it would be alot easier to do that than to have people calling you every day.
