View Full Version : I have an interesting question about my exchange...

First off, I went for the normal method of return, asking for a PS3 guitar box. I recieved, as one would expect by now, an XBox 360 box. That, I don't think is too bad of a problem. They both fit in the same box and I'll happily relabel it with a Sharpie like an *******.
The bigger problem was caused by me. I figured the instructions would be in the ziplock bag on top of the box, and since I could not, for the life of me, and STILL can't, undo the zipper, I just ripped the bag open, only to find that all that was in there was the postage stuff. The instructions, safely nestled inside the large box, then informed me that I need that little bag to send my stuff back.
The bag was also detatched from the box in the process. My fault as well.
So I'd like to hear if anyone has any good ideas on what to do. I thought of just taping the bag shut and taping it back onto the box. I'm pretty fond of tape.
On the other hand, I could just do something totally ******ed, since after seeing how difficult EA is being I think they deserve some more difficult customers these days.
HMX sure got the shaft when Activision kicked them off GH... they must be so embarrassed to work under EA right now.

Not sure how you send things through UPS but I take mine to a local UPS center. When I returned my guitar I needed some packing tape and the lady at UPS just sealed the box up for me. I would imagine they have plenty of those clear sleeves to hold the return label.

Technically that little bag is more for UPS than EA, and is how the box gets to where it needs to go. I would recommend asking someone at the UPS store, I'm sure they have a replacement bag they will stick on for you.
