That IS true... but what would be awsome is if they released some mars volta songs as downloadable content and that way parents can choose to download it or not.

ALSO spanish songs should be up for download that way it doesnt affect the game anyway and other people can enjoy it or try and learn spanish lol

I am glad to see people agreeing with me with Megadeth's Holy Wars.....because it is rumored to be in GH 3 and if ANY game needs it, it's definately Rock Band over Guitar Hero 3 because it would be challenging to try to imitate Dave Mustaine's voice for the vocals, and not to mention the main riffs on the song how well they would work....then there is the fact that you can play solos on the upper frets with two handed tapping.....this is MADE for the solo of Holy Wars.....I can really see no reason why it shouldn't be in the game.....and seeing as how Megadeth has been with Harmonix on Guitar Hero I and II they should be able to get a master track of Holy Wars....(I hope so cus no one can cover Dave Mustaine's voice very well)...c'mon Harmonix. Holy Wars do it...JUST PUT IT IN:D

Now imagine that with someone singing, drumming and playing bass.......oh and the dude playing it in that video is the guy that pretty much is in the top 10 on every leaderboard on Guitar Hero 2 for Xbox 360 cus he has the same gamertag...i bet if that song did end up on rock band he would be so good at it already he could get a mic stand and do guitar and vocals simultaneously...once he memorized the lyrics

the only problem with the mars volta is that their best songs are 10+ minutes long, and would be hard to put in the game. but i hope they can work something out.

cygnus... vismund cygnus is pretty awsome and l'via l'viasquez is great as well!

widow would be cool but maybe they could shorten the songs like the end of all mars volta songs you know how its usually sound effects or just the lyrics all distorted and stuff? would shorten some of their songs quite a bit!
