Hey gang, I could use help ASAP

Hey e'erybody. So I gave in and bought the Rock Band 2 set to replace my RB1 stuff. Hooray!

But my strum bar is busted. :/

So I've been trying to sign into the warranty center and get my guitar fixed but for some reason EA won't let me log in. Even worse my warranty is drawing near. Can I get some help please?
