Hello, again. :) When sending us your faulty PS3 guitar, you need only send the guitar and attached headstock. You can keep the strap and wireless USB device for the replacement guitar.

can i keep the batteries too?, or do they send a package with new guitar?

You can keep the batteries. They are not one of the parts we check for to validate the return.

wow i did not know this. i sent mines back because the replacement came with a new strap and USB wireless dongle. woulda been nice to keep extras just in case.
