Rock band song export

I live in Australia and have had Rock Band 2 since the start of last year...I also own Rock band 1
Up until recently the song export key was not available for purchase in the Aus Psn store
I purchased it today and exported the songs
But when i play rock band 2...the rock band 1 songs do not appear

Might be a region incompatibility thing. An aussie would probably be a better help here tho.

^this. are you exporting from an AUS RB1 to a AUS RB2?

thats your problem. you need a US PSN account AND US RB1 to export
