I just did the process for a replacement guitar , i think they should send me an empty box to put my guitar in to sent it back but will i have to pay for the shipping fee ? Cause if i have to ship in U.s.a and i'm living in canada .It's gonna cost the guitar price ... And they send me an e-mail whit incident code , is that mean that the empty box shipping process is over .. ? Or i missed an e-mail ? And last question , will they need receipt or something like that to prove that i bought it in the past 60 days ? Thank You

Wow, first off try and take some time to proof read/organize your post. It makes it easier for other people to understand when trying to help you.
EA/HMX knew they were shipping out faulty equipment on launch, I should say borderline faulty equipment and for that reason are replacing them free of charge (this includes shipping).
You have two options (if you took the time to search this forum or read the faqs you would know that)
a) you can request an Express Return which requires a $125 hold to a credit/debit card and a new piece of hardware is shipped to you. At this point you would package up the defective piece and ship it back
or
b) you request a return, they send you an empty box with return information a prepaid shipping - all you do is pack up the faulty hardware and follow the instruction to ship. Once they get the hardware they verify your claim and ship you a new part.
Also, the reference # is just the beginning of this long, painful, and frustrating process. Supposedly you are still to receive RMA and Tracking #s...
So, to answer your questions in short
-Wait for the empty box, its on its way
-There should be no charge but you will have to wait for the guitar to be checked before they will send you one back
-And, no receipt is required as the game has only been out at total of 4 days in Canada (45 days if you count from the US release date) and there is a 60 day warranty.
