i like em, but then again ive always like corey taylors voice (yeah i dig slipknot, what of it?). i think the band has a harsh, rougher sound but i REALLY like their older stuff (of their first album)

personally i think Blotter, Inhale, Bother, or even Silly world would all be good for rock band cuz they all seem really fun to play.

idk thats just my opinion, any one else care to comment?

lol you do realise that corey was with stone sour WAY before slipknot recruited him right?
i think it was sid, mick and jim who just showed up one day after a stone sour show at hairy marrys and told corey "either sing for our band or we kick your ass" wich he agreed to lol.

i like them both, slipknot is the angry, angsty screamy metal core band. and stone sour is the melodic, politically driven, controversial, **** you band.

i like em both.

alot more memorable hooks in the songs and stuff.

yeah, that is probley my faveorite too.
IMO, the rest of them (except maybe made of scars, and silly world) sound the same.
the only ones that really stand out other than 30/30-150 is through glass, and xyzz road because their slower.

their first album's tracks has alot more of the feel from 30/30-150 because their beat is usually a bit ... different and their sound is just ... idk but its just new.
