This could be awesome. The last game I played in the series was SSX 3~ which was really great.

I agree. That one was a blast and lots of fun to play.

I'm hoping that they do make a new SSX game. :D

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH

THIS MAY BE THE MOST AMAZING RUMOR l HAVE EVER READ!

Burnout Paradise + SSX = SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!

I hope there's slopes all over the world (like in the earlier SSX's) and not just in that one mountain range. and hopefully some Hi-def graphics to boot.

I loved SSX back in the day. Great news if it comes to fruition!

Most likely a wii exclusive.

Most likely a wii exclusive.

criterion isn't a wii developer though.

that's what makes me hopeful for a PS3/360 release.

Wait, how is Criterion developing a SSX game when they're supposed to be busy using a voodoo witch to some how revive the long dead Need for Speed series? Does EA think they can work two miracles at the same time?

This game better happen.
I'm on the fence with the multi-location vs one mountain debate. Tricky's tracks had a ton of variety, while it was neat to take the half-hour Throne to Metro City ride in 3.
With the soundtrack, I would love if they could make it similar to 3's. I started listening to Thrice and Yellowcard thanks to SSX3.

I loved SSX Tricky, so if this is true, woot! Having Criterion develop it? WOOT WOOT! criterion is one o my favorite devs, Burnout Paradise was pure awesomeness.
