My roommate bought a used version of Rockband 1. It' works fine (as far as I can tell), though there were no manuals or things of that nature with it. My stupid question is this: how does your character get tattoos?

You go to the rock shop and withint the rock shop you will see the option "Ink and Siccors" there you can get Tatoos
