Didn't get my pedal back!

Alright.....when my kit broke, I went through the RMA process with EA and got a box in the mail that said to pack THE WHOLE drumset (pads, poles, feet, pedal) into the box and send it back. I did exactly that. Last night I got the box back in the mail from EA that only had the Pads, Poles, and Feet. No pedal. There was a sheet in the box for returning that said to return your drum set you should pack everything BUT the pedal.

In the time I returned mine and now, EA has obviously changed their return policy on the drum set because they no longer ask for the pedal. However, the kit they ship out does not include the pedal, so the people that returned their kit before this switch all seem to be out pedals.

EA has thus far been totally unhelpful in getting me my pedal back.

Anybody dealt with this before? Any suggestions? I haven't been able to play drums in a month now and it's kind of pissing me off...

I apologize for the confusion. The instructions for packing your drum kit should specify packing your pads, legs, and feet in the box.

I've asked that they update the paper to specify that you should not include the pedal to help prevent this in the future. If you contact Support they should be able to help you get your pedal back.

That being said, if you have a broken drum kit/pads as well as a broken pedal, those are two different replacements so be sure to request them separately.

Thank you Violet. Not your fault. The instructions I received as of December 6th, however, did state to pack EVERYTHING into the box. I saw the new sheet in the box I received today and it has in fact changed, but if CS saves copies of their old sheets, it clearly says on there to pack the whole kit.

If that's the case, I'll be sure to ask that they send out the updated version only (as we should be). Again, my apologies for the mix-up with your pedal; if you don't get assistance from Support on getting your pedal back, please let me know.
