PSN not linking up with profile

Please help, I've called support and they told me that they have no record of the website code on the servers (or something of the likes).

Support, PM me and I can give you my website code and you can see what the problem is.

I don't know if I would give out your full website code. If somebody uses it then you're really screwed. I'm having a similar problem...
