Bass Pedal wait?

I ordered a new Guitar and Bass Pedal, after mine began double-strumming and breaking in half, respectively.

The guitar got here in two days. The pedal hasn't even shipped.

Any idea on how long I'll be waiting for this? I'm dying without my drums. :(

Check out the following thread. I'm having the same issue, guitar came in two business days, pedal is taking forever. I hope that means it's going to be tougher than the out of the box version.

im wondering if there is a shortage. at least with the guitars they do a patch up job inside and send it back out to someone else as a refurb, but with the pedal its not like they can glue the cracked pieces together and send that out as a refurb. the molded plastic pieces need to be made brand new. they could be waiting for a new batch.

Refurbs? I was under the impression the new guitars EA was shipping out used the new magnet strum as opposed to the old metal tabs. Are they just switching out that component and shipping them back out? My replacement guitar seemed brand new.

I believe some people have been noticing various things about their "new" guitars that suggest they're refurbs, I haven't seen anything confirming this from Harmonix/EA though.

I have been waiting for a month to replace drums. They didn't mention the problem I had with the guitar and wont entertain my request for a refund. Worst of all, my questions have gone unanswered for a week.
