No replacement mics?

My mic has gone on the fritz, and is still under warranty. You need to really belt into the thing from less than an inch away for the pitch arrow to show up. It's nearly impossible to pass even the easiest of songs on hard.

I tried to get a replacement mic like I did with my guitar. After the page that says "It looks like your mic is defective, let's get you a new one!" it goes to a page saying "Thank you!". There's no way to order a new one.

Is this being looked into?

I think my mic might be screwed up too. When I sing high pitched the pitch arrow goes lower and when I sing low pitch the arrow gets higher. I also have to be really close to my mic for the arrow to show up.

Oh and btw it gives you a phone number that you have to call in order to request a new mic.
