I want to try putting some of the rubber on the sensor to stop it from moving as much. However, my heads are VERY resistent to coming off. How should I go about getting them off? Also, could somebody explain the tape mod to me? I might do that if its a better option. Thanks.

I would not recommend pulling off the drum heads in any form, considering that would void your warrenty
