I suggest they put an Iron Maiden pack consisting of the trooper, aces high, and wasted years

I'd prefer Aces High, Rime of the Ancient Mariner, and Where Eagles Dare.

Then again, you'd need to look really hard to find an Iron Maiden song that wouldn't be good for Rock Band, so I don't really mind if they choose different songs.

The Trooper, Where Eagles Dare, and Powerslave would be awesome.

Ooh, ooh, poll please! :D

Which Iron Maiden album would be best for Rock Band?

I say "Rock in Rio". That had all (okay, most) of their best songs on it, and live. Now, in order to compensate for the fact that it was live, HMX could just make a custom album and put all the master tracks (or covers, as Run to the Hills showed us masters are unlikely) in place of the live versions. Or, they could just edit the live versions so only the song is there.

No matter what, though, IRON MAIDEN DLC FTW!!! :D

Phantom of the Opera (if you think Run to the Hills was rough...) :evil laugh:
Murders in the Rue Morgue
Wrathchild
The Prisoner
Gangland
The Trooper
Die With Your Boots On
Wasted Years

I'd keel over from a stroke if any 3 of those ever found a way into the game....

I'd love just about anything from any of the albums...but GET THE BAND not a cover! The Clansman from Rock in Rio, Bruce on that song rocks. Phantom and Rhyme... both classics- I wonder if there'd be a problem with song length over the internet?

How about some of their rare B side & cover songs too like Massacre.

The drum kit is not up to the single foot techniques of Nicko I'm afraid.

Next year it'd be great to see a true bass guitar controller that you could play with either a "pick" or finger control. (bassists know what I'm sayin' here) Cause ol' Steve Harris NEVER uses a pick for his madman licks.

Wasted Years is my #1. I know it's not their classic era, but that guitar solo is so sweet.

I like Number of the Beast.

Whatever else from there is fine with me. Iron Maiden is fun.

Precisely why I didn't mention "Caught Somewhere In Time":D

Same here. I think this would probably be the most suited song for Rock Band actually, especially since the bass line is not another galloping one. All the parts sound super-fun.

I'm a big Maiden fan, but why haven't anybody asked for Alexander the Great? I think that would be a kick ass song for all instruments and vocals. It's lenghty and very challenging. Anyways, any Maiden song dlc would rule.
