Plese Help Me Identify This Rock Band Song!

About 1/3 (one third) way through the video, right after Steven says "...make sure that all the right music is represented here which is a great, you know, is a great thing for me to see," there is a cut to an in-game shot of Rock Band musician wearing a blue military or band major jacket and there is a kickin' guitar and drum track that plays in the background of this section of the interview.

I don't think the song playing (you can see lyrics on the in-game shot when there are no lyrics in the interview background music) in the in-game video is the same as the song playing in the background on the interview video. The interview song is what I am looking for. What is the name and artist for this song and is it included in Rock Band? Thanks for any help - I have to find this song! :)

Thanks for looking. I'm pretty sure the in-game lyrics are from Suffragette City but it is the actual interview background song that I am interested in finding. I assume that the background track is a song in Rock Band but cannot confirm - hoping someone, a music expert or mega rock fan here, can help me out...

It is definitely NOT a song that is in Rock Band. It might just have been a quick instrumental created for the interview but I could be wrong.

I don't know what song it is but it is not in the game. It could be some early demo song they used similar to welcome to the jungle which was in an early build of the game but was not actually part of the release.

I agree - I'm not sure if it's an actual song or not (doesn't sound familiar), but it's definitely not in the game to this point.

If you are referring to the song played in the video (I couldn't clearly make out the on-screen lyrics) - I believe it is just a generic rock song used for this clip and not the game.

exactly right! at 1:06, the same song is still playing and it says "that mellow thighed chick just put my spine out of place" which a quick look up results in this bowie song.

edit: actually, correction. the song in the video is david bowie, however the song playing is not the same song in the video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5hQk8_SUivU&feature=related
