Frank Zappa Biography Book

I've heard many good things about Frank Zappa's biography, but when I went online to look for it, there were multiple options to choose from. Does anyone know which the best one is? (I know it's opinion, but it would be very helpful.)

I've read several books on Frank and the two that stick out the most to me and I go back and re-read them from time to time are Zappa A Biography by Barry Miles and The Real Frank Zappa Book by Frank Zappa. Both are great reads. Miles' book is more of a straightforward bio while The Real Frank Zappa Book feels more like funny anecdotes and stories from Zappa's life.
