I logged into Rock Band tonight to start to download some songs... I found some songs i wanted to download but it told me i had already downloaded and couldn't. But the thing is... i haven't downloaded these songs and my game was brand new. How do i make them available again so i can download them?

Try going through the marketplace rather than the in-game store?

I had that a few times, when I was using the store through the game.

I tried several times to DL a few songs and it kept telling me I had, but couldn't re-download.
After visiting the forums, I figured out it's a common event round here.
I went through the Sony Store, not the in-game store, and was able to purchase and DL them fine!

Give the PSN Store a try!
