:mad:with money i recieved through giftcards and such for christmas i was excited because i went out and was going to buy rockband for 360, i bought it and brought it home and when i opened everything up i couldnt find the game, within the first hour of owning it i called the store where i bought it and they said i needed to contact ea...so i called them and was on hold for about 45 minutes. so then i just called the store back and asked if i could return it and get my money back and they said no i cant return it because its opened, and i cant exchange it because the game isnt in it, even tho i never recieved it, and this is still within 2 hours of buying the game. so after about an hour and a half of arguing and getting nowhere, i finally got through to ea but they said that i needed to talk to their senior support which had left by this time for the day and they were going to call me back...:mad:
so i have everything except they game for 180 bucks...waiting on 5 different phone calls...
just wondering if anyone has had this same issue or not and how they resolved it...
