So i finally made a band that i stuck with, that had the same constant players, and we went for 1 million fans. So we played a bunch of songs, after a while we got up to i think 956,000 fans. We had been making about 45,000 fans every 2 songs, or setlist of 2. So we found a 3 song setlist. Anyways, we played it and beat it, with 15 starts, Woohoo..blah blah, and then it went to the you earned xxx,xxx fans. Only it read 956,000 fans...thats right, almost 1 million fans, on 3 songs. Kinda pissed me off that i did all those songs when i could've done it in 3. So anyways we played another 3 song set, and we only got like 24,000 fans or something, for 15 stars..i was pissed :|. We played on, and did some more setlists, and then we did yet another 3 song setlist, and earned ANOTHER like 956,000 fans..I gotta know, WHATS THE DEAL? is this some sort of glitch? is this how people have their bands with like 100,000,000 fans? and why is it like this?

When you hit a million fans, you start getting ridiculous numbers of fans per gig. Presumably it's:

1. To simulate "super-stardom"--when a band gets big, it starts getting really big, and
2. To reduce the "painful grind" feeling of adding 20,000 fans at a time to a fanbase in the millions.
