my guitar will no longer stum down.....wth is up w/ it.....how do i fix it.....do i have to send it in.....post asap with answers

Same thing happened to me shortly after purchasing. According to EA you can either,
1). Send your guitar back and they will ship you another one at no cost or
2). Give them a credit card number so they can take $125.00 and ship you a new guitar in 1-2 buisness days and you send the old guitar back within 28 days to recieve your $125.00 back.

I went with option 2 with hopes I will have the guitar back before New Years Eve.
