Bonus Tracks Key Invalid

So I bought my game yesterday and decided to play it for a few hours and I must say it is a pretty fun game. I went the computer today in order to redeem my "Bonus Downloadable Tracks" and after typing in the code I got an Invalid key message. I repeated the process 3 times, checked my key to make sure it was right and everything yet it still didn't work. If anyone could help me or perhaps give me a new key to use that would help me very much, thanks.

Did you buy the game new or used?

The code is a one time deal. If you bought the game used, odds are the original owner used the key. If you bought it new, contact HMXHenry (I think that's who you contact) and tell him your issue.
