View Full Version : Ps3 Band hero drum on Rock band

A while back i saw that the band hero drums wasnt compatible on the PS3 RB And Rb2. Now that its compatible, how come i dun get any auto updates from my ps3 when i play rb? Well in any case the drums still doesnt work yet

Drums from Guitar Hero World Tour and Band Hero are not compatible with Rock Band on the PS3. Rock Band 2, yes. But not Rock Band 1.

I currently have the Band Hero drums, but it can't be detected on the
PS3 Rock Band 2 game and it says that the mic is not plugged in. When I do plug in the mic, only the mic is registered, drums do not.

Anyone else with the same problem?

I have the exact same problem. My Band Hero instruments are not working with Rock Band. Any suggestions?

Make sure your PS3 is connected to the Internet next time you start up RB2. It needs to be able to download the latest game patch to be able to use your BH instruments.

You're going to need to be a bit more specific. What console? And which game exactly? Rock Band 1 or 2? Is your question answered by the compatibility chart I linked above?

WarlordTim (Amazing Drummer) used his Band hero drums on Rock band 2 on PS3, so it does work
