Now, I'm not gonna go ahead and make an entire set list, considering it'd mostly be all AC/DC and Guns N' Roses. But two of the GREATEST songs that could be in Rock Band:

Thunderstruck - AC/DC:

Thunderstruck, not only because I'm an avid AC/DC fanatic, and almost pissed myself when I got to meet my idol Angus Young (He gave me freaking guitar lessons!!!!!), but this is also a perfect blend of all the Rock Band necessities, Freaking Amazing Lead guitar, perfect rhythm guitar, The Vocals that would rip your voice box to SHREDS, and the Drums that could cause earthquakes! But this isn't just any song, this is a pure adrenalin pumping head banger! You cant stand still while playing this on guitar, I cant at least. You just want to jump around and destroy a motel room when listening to it!!

Here I go again on my own- Whitesnake

Now, this is one of the GREATEST teary-eyed ballads of the 1980's

I am only 15, but I have the heart of a pure rocker born in the '70's. This song is what I said before, the greatest rock ballad in history. You just want to sing it over and over again! Come on, where's my older rock fans? You guys cant tell me that when you were a kid, you didn't sing this beauty into the hairbrush! And, who DIDN'T have a major crush on Tawny Kitaen (I may be a kid, but I LOVE my Arena Rock!). But, this song, once again, the perfect blend of pure adrenalin rushing instruments! The drums could pound your heart out! The guitar and vocals, they just bring a tear to your eye!

On a separate note: I did get lessons from the God of guitar, Angus Young. After me and my dad got back from the AC/DC concert in 2001 (It was the Stiff Upper Lip tour), we went home, only to realize that we had NOTHING to eat. So we went to the nearest IHOP, only to realize Angus and Malcolm Young were there!!! I was in complete awe, I couldn't move, talk, I almost collapsed. After I rubbed my eyes, I just ran over, and freaked out. We talked for about a half hour, before he ran out to his rent-a-car, and pulled out a couple of SG's! We rocked out for a couple of hours (It must have been 2 AM by now). And he basically taught me all the songs I didn't know how to play! Although that wasn't much, I know a HELL of a lot of AC/DC on guitar. Greatest. Day. EVER.

"Vocals that would rip your voice box to SHREDS"? I think Harmonix would want to avoid lawsuits.

But seriously. I've been thinking what kind of limitations Harmonix is going to put on the vocal aspect. Will they tend to avoid songs that require actual physical effort to sound anything like originals? Or will they just figure if the person sucks at singing that way, it's not their problem?

I personally like singing like Robert Plant and Dio, but I'm not sure how many other people can do that.

Well, obviously, no one is gonna end up sounding like Brian Johnson, but all you need to do is have the right pitch, and the right words. If you want to sound like that, that's your choice. I was just using that as an example of how crazy the song is, I hope no one actually shreds up their voice box!:)

Yeah, I was kidding. But do you think extreme vocals will affect Harmonix's song selection?

Not really, as long as the pitch is variable, they definatly dont want any monotone vocals, that would be boring, as long as the vocals are energetic and fun, they're perfect.
