I've hit the buttons on the usb connector and on the guitar.
I've tried to change slots, that doesn't work. It works sometimes, but only for like 3 minutes and then it suddenly it disconnects. It has some new batteries, when I shake the guitar there is something rattling inside.
Do I have to return it?
