If a 20 gig 360 RRODs, is it safe to use that hard drive with an arcade?

Definitely. You'll want to transfer over your licenses on the Xbox website, though.

i never transfered anything over and ive yet to have issues cause im always connected to XBL.
the arcade is the perfect solution for a 2nd console in the home. i only have 1 HD and i just swap it between the two consoles cause i never use both at the same time.
