View Full Version : Bass Pedal Cracked, How Do I Replace?

All right, so I woke up this morning and looked down at my bass pedal and there was a crack down the center. I assume it was from my brother was playing last night. Now I believe the bass still works, but it's cracked and obviously it's only a matter of time before it snaps completely. So I tried to request a bass pedal, but the only options are "The pedal isn't working properly" and "There is no bass pedal." Technically it doesn't fall into either of those catagories. I was poking around the site for a tech support number, but was unable to locate one. So basically, what should I be doing, just fill out an RMA for a new bass pedal under "The pedal isn't working properly" or hopefully stumble across a phone number with enough searching?

If you don't mind my asking, when you called did they say they'd replace it? Mine is beyond cracked (it broke in half the other day) and I tried to do it over the internet, but like you'd found, it didn't fit into any of the categories.
